Our Story: Glow, Guard & Guarantee

Two brothers, one dream, and a mission. Our story begins in Guatemala, where we were born and raised with the hope of a better life. Upon arriving in the United States, we faced the challenges of starting from scratch but also the opportunity to build a future filled with purpose.

In our search for something greater than ourselves, we found true light in Jesus. With faith and determination, we understood that to better help our community, we needed more than just good intentions—we needed action and commitment. That was when we discovered our passion for construction and home restoration, aligning our work with our values.

In March 2020, amidst uncertain times, we took a leap of faith and founded 3G General Construction LLC. The name 3G represents our commitment to three fundamental principles: Glow, Guard, and Guarantee. We shine with integrity in everything we do, protect the homes and dreams of families, and guarantee quality in every project.

Five years later, we remain steadfast in our mission to restore what matters most: the safety, peace of mind, and value of our clients' homes. Our story is the story of many—immigrants, workers, entrepreneurs, and dreamers. Just as we have restored roofs and homes, we have also witnessed the restoration of our own lives and those we serve.
